IMPORTANT INFORMATION

1. One month's rent in advance, plus a Deposit is required.
2. If rent is to be paid by way of Housing Benefit, you must agree that the rent is paid monthly in advance on the due date to the Landlord's agents regardless of when housing benefit is received.
3. Employer and landlord references, plus a minimum of two character references are required for each applicant. All character references must be from trustworthy and reliable people.
4. Two copies of I.D. required e.g. Passport, Driving Licence, utility bill etc.
5. The fee of £150.00 plus VAT (£176.25) is required as a contribution towards the Landlord's agent's fees. Please note this fee is non-refundable.
6. Deposits are non-refundable should a prospective tenant withdraws their application.
