Mark Jones FRICS, established Mark Jones Chartered Surveyors in the early 1990's in Kidderminster. This was quickly followed by the creation of a sister company Mark Jones Property Management operated by Marks' business partner Christine Brooks. The company rapidly built up a portfolio of rented properties both residential and commercial in the Wyre Forest area. Following Mark's untimely death in the summer of 2005 Mark Jones FRICS Chartered Surveyors was wound up. However, Mark Jones Property Management has not been affected and continues under the new name of Mark Jones Property Lettings, led by Christine Brooks. Mark Jones Property Letting has always strived to be at the forefront of the property letting market, meeting the challenge of ever changing government legislation and providing our clients with the best possible service. To help us meet our constantly expanding portfolio the company grew in 2008 with the appointment of Stuart Brooks BA(Hons).
